Taylor turned 10

Taylor turned 10 November 28 He got a new scooter helmet and pads. He was pretty excited .He is wanting to go to the skate park all the time. HE is so sweet. I signed him up for a play the greatest Christmas pageant ever. He is also playing the piano for me this weekend. I need to help him relax. Anyway he is the kindest brother really and I dont know how our family would function without hi, He plays with Blake and he plays with Landon. He is in the middle. He is a really special person.He keeps everything stable at home. Love you buddy

TEmple Celebration

I need to write down my thought about the Fort Collins Temple being dedicated lately and the CUltural Celebration we were able to see. Landon was in the celebration and they have been practicing for months. Each stake presented a dance about Colorado .This was on the foot ball field at CSU. It was really awesome. BUt the cpp;est part of it was when president Uchdorf came out onto the field. The spirit was so strong. I don't think I ahve ever felt the spirit so storng.  Ever. This was just a testiment to me of how the spirit works. So cool. He truly is a prophet of god. YOu could feel the spirit of the Lord there. It was tuly remarkable. We just watched and so happy we were able to be art of that. landon is pretty lucky. He is pretty lucky to have been able to be in it because temple dedications only come every once in a while. I have been 2 times to the temple. I have tried to get there on my own. I need to help Phil get there soon.

Blakes Snuggles

I love my four year old Blake. I love his snuggles at night and he sleeps right next to me. I've never been one to have my kids sleep in their own bed until they want to. lol! He is just like a little pillow.truthfully I will so sad when he grows up. He is so funny. He sleeps naked also. He can barely get his clothes on in the mornings and brushing his teeth is a rarety. I have to drag him in their. Actually Taylor has that problem also.
Here is our week of thanksgving break


Denver science muscem, bball practice, Fly high, swimming, thanksgiving dinner with family, four wheeling, movies babysitting, maybe going to the temple. I am exhausted and it is thanksgiving morning. I need to do some baking and get the table ready. I am just exhausted all the way around. But I m glad to have the kids home. We are also watching some cats, Landon has physical therapy and Taylor has had play practice for the Greatest Christmas pageant ever. Blake has been into his beyblades and his dinocharger and things from power rangers. He really likes dude perfect and bottle flipping. HIm and Taylor have been bottle flipping around the house everywhere. Taylor's birthdya is this Sunday but we gave him his present early-a new scooter. /He has been ricing it everywhere. Blake thinks it is his. So you know. Taylor will be turning 10. MY sweet boy already so old. I might actually shed a tear.


This last week was a lot also but fun. Landon had a huge science project due which Erika nd I stayed up till1 am in the morning. I had 2 piano recitals Saturday. I think I overdid it but all the kids played fabulous. Iam needing abreak though. Mom and Dad have helped me with the kids and Phil had been working butof course not selling anything.Story of my life. So today we are doing thanksgiving at my house and htme going four wheeling with the grandparents this afternoon.

Blake is so funny. He went toa birthday party for his rfiend KAitllyn Saturday. His first party. He says she is hi best girlfriend. SO cute. He also like sto sleep naked. Naked everyd night. He never pees. It's am azing. He doesn't like clothes or shoes.
well he likes to buy shoes but thats it.
Yesterday during church he punched phil in th weeny and took a handful of ht sacrament bread. e also makes tower temples with his markers. He was putting stickers all overthe church .i brought stikckers for something for him to do but he didn t do it.


Also. Taylor isn't brushing his teeth. HE has pink braces. He gets all read yand looks great but doesn't showeror brush his teeth. SO funyy. Tayloir can do a backflip on hte trampoline. Its amazing. I could never do thst r anyone else in our family. He is into it.
Landon went to homecoming last weekeend with abunch of friends. He had fun. I guess. He is playing soccer a alot and tryingto do his high school. He is doing ok everyday. I feel like we are on a one way train about reeady to crash somewhere butwe are trying. Anyway
I have been sisck.Phil is sick also. Im teaching piano and trying to lose weight. He is doing ok. Im trying to bekinder. Heis a wonderful person.

The temple openhouse is over. t was cool to ake all the kids and everything. Ive been really overwhekmed with everything.

Blah Blah Blah

This week the boys are in a play Captain Bree the pirates. Landon is a prosner names John and Taylor is a cabin boy named Thomas. He is so cute by the way. The show is tomorrow. Weh ave had rehearsal eery day for the last 2 weeks in Fort Collins. Which means I have to drive 30 minutes each way for rehearsal. Yes, I am tied but it will be workth it .The show will be awesome. Landon started complaining tonight because he ahs to wear maeup or the show and then he starts in by saying he doesn't like plays. And we never buy him anything he wants like $100 shoes etc. Blah blah ablah!! I'm not listening to it anymore not one more minutes. Of any of the children we have bent over back wards to help LANDON. I have assacrificede and paid money and done tutors and paid for sports etc. Maybe it's time to stop and lethim do that HIMSELF. Mama don't have that kind of cash and he is 14 years old .He is usually so sweet and kind I think tonight he was just tired. SO he went straight to bed.

Anyway I can't wait to see their play. It will be so cute

It's Late

I always  have a lot I think about everyday but then I get here and I can't remember.The words don't come easily.Blake said the cutest thing the other day, He isl earning how to talk and he goes
Mom, its Dinky which means stinky. He will say,MOM I need to get in the shower, I'm Tinky. It is so cute. he wants so much to be big and we want him to stay small. He had some preschool friends over this last week outside in the backyard. They played on the tramp and on the swingset and then with the water. It was really fun for him. Taylor and LAndon helped a little bit. They are getting bigger and its hard sometimes to do something that everyone wants to do. Landon wants to do things that ust cost a lot, Taylor wants to skateboard and Blake loves the park.
I've been fed up with our house I just want it to stay clean and its impossible. I also started running again. I got hurt and haven;t been doing anything but I am better. I am slow but at least I am running a little bit. Now I need to work on slowing down adn eating healthier.

I feel like I may get released from my church calling that I love. I still hae ideas coming but We will see what appens. I am thankful for every Sunday I have left to be with my kids in primary and to listen to their voices. A few weeks ago we sand Army of Helaman and it was beautiful. I have to say. I'm tryingto calm down a little. I am high strung and it's good ifI do some Yoga or something a little relaxful.
Phil has been gone a lot lately. He is working. Things are better with him there though. At least he is making a little money. For a while I was so stressed out tryingto pay the bills doing piano. I love it but I actually got to the point where I was getting sick of hearing the piano because there were so many students.
But summer is here.I have ahd a rest and am so happy I have. I feel ready to do it again.
Im trying to enjoy every little hug and kiss I get from tooty. Every time he runs away in the store and smiles at me and snuggles. I am tryingto cherish it. Becaues I know it will pass someday. Its hard for me to go on and let them grow up. I suppose that is how it is but it is hard.

This has been my week in a nutshell
Doctors appointment, sports events, church activities. swim at pool, piano, teeth cleaned at Grandpas, shopping at store, watering lawn, cleaned house, laundry, hot cold, watch movies, run, basketball, parks , FHE, Phil bought a new truck, late nights, exhaustion, Mom where is this? boys playing, BOys fighting? BLakes being crazy, Taylor trying to be a skateboarder, Landon shooting bball like crazy. Piano, chores, trying to relax

Blake's Preschool Year

Blake is 3 and had his first year of Pre school. He did a Coop with a few kids in the Ward. Eli, Charlotte ad Kaitlynn. We switched houses every week and it was fun.

Blake has really come to life this year. He love jumping on the trampoline and his favorite colors are red and blue and orange. he is really into shoes, if there was a choice between toys and shoes, shoes would win.

 He likes to go to Jumpin,  a trampoline park and he likes to ride his scooter and lay with playdough.  He also likes to color and likes  power rangers. He likes to watch My Big Big friend and Caillou.
His best friends are Ryan and Kaitlynn . He likes to play with everyone.

 Taylor is still is best friend and he asks for him all the time. It's been hard having the older boys gone for school all day. He really is special to have around. He says he wants to be BIG but we tell him to please stay small foe us.

Taylor's 3rd grade Year

Taylor has had an awesome too. He graduated 3rd grade.  His favorite part of the year was field day because they had different fun stations with things to do. His teacher was Mrs. Harwell and his math teacher was Mrs. Silk. His favorite subject was Math or Music.

 He got to be in the art show this year with a fish mosaic and he has had a good year. His friends at school are Kale. Marcus, Sebastian, Shaun, and Gunnar and some girls. 
His church friends are Dallin, Austin, Zander, Sean, and Bryson and Carter and COllin.

He played soccer in the fall and basketball in the winter. He had a good team. He is doing baseball in the summer. He likes pitching and catching. he got to go in a limo down to a Rockies game for a friend's birthday party. That was pretty cool.

 He also likes to scooter and ride his bike and be outside. He has been very helpful with Blake and I'm pretty sure he is Blake's best friend. He is really concerned with his hair right now and into fashion.He has a pair of Micheal Jackon parachute pants and he tried to wear them everyday to school.I had to hide them for a while. LOL anyway here he is as William Penn the guy on the outside of the Quaker Oats box. The 3rd grader did a Wax Museum where they had a prepared speech and got to pretend they were a statue. Parents and friends went to learn about all the different characters in History. It was pretty cool. I'm glad he wore a costume like everyone else. 

Landon's 8th grade Year

Landon has had a great year. He started in a brand new building at Windsor Charter Academy and we started about 2 weeks late so it would be done.  The school is years 6-12 right now but it is already full so they are adding on this summer. It has been a lot of ups and down. He started the year, He didn't know what to expect from this teachers. Here are his teachers names.

He took band and study hall and myth busters this year. His favorite subject in school is Math.  He played soccer for both middle school and recreation both Fall and Spring seasons. He has been with this team for 5 years so it will be bittersweet for me when he moves on a little bit. I actually got a little emotional his last game. His coaches Ellingson and Coach Berrit have been amazing and it is so fun to see how much they have grown as a team and everything. This was also the year of basketball. Last year he had broken his

, basketball for both middle school, high school and Power to play. It is a private league. 

The High School needed more players because they are just starting out their teams so they asked him to play and were really appreciative of him. He got a lot of playing time in this year and really improved. It was awesome. He improved as a player and as a person. 

 His friends from school are Jude and Keon. His friends from church are Kobe, Kaden, Daxton, Will and well everyone.  He was also Deacons quorum president at church and really enjoyed it. He was given a blessing y the Bishop promising he would do alright in school if he  tried hard to do what is right. That  was really true.  

He  reads his scriptures almost every morning and really is an example to our family. He really has had an awesome year.

Landon got to go to Elitches down in Denver for band trip and competition.They placed first. Gold. For his 8th grade trip they went to a service project, Horsetooth and hiked it to the falls and back. They also went to Fly high a trampoline park. They ate at Nordys BBcue and went back to the school for games and overnighter.

Landon says the best part of 8th grade is he doesn't know.  He's just happy to have another year done. He is dreading high school but a little excited too.  He graduates this week and they have a ceremony at the school. He will be in high school starting 2016 Fall. Yikes!!! Time flies.

Iveb een watching fixer upper alot. Love that show. But transferringit home is hard for me.I feel like I need a project but dont knowwhere to start.

My children don't know how well they have it I've decided.Friday, LAndonwent to Elitches in DEnver with his band.cool! Taylor  went to a birthday party for his friend AMrcus. Limo rdie to a Rockies game stay the night  and movie.

Blake went to another birthday party at Fly HIgh. HE really missed Taylor but still got to go. FUn!
Saturday we went to a asoccer game, then the school for a barbecue and hen to Grandmas house to play games and mow the lawn.I went to the store and now home. Awatcing amovie and doing laundry
No,  my kids are aspoiled.I lov e them but spoiled .
I'm trying to get them to do chores every other day

Actually today. I was taking an appetite suppresant but getting a lot of headaches and I wonder if its because of that.
PIano is over for a month or so. Im happy to be on a break but I did enjoy so much teaching!

Blake is a a snuggker. He always has been since he was a baby.   If I get up to go to anywhere he would wake up. Even now He is 3 and still snuggles every night with me. I have to say I love having a snuggle buddy. I cherish every minute with him.
Lately it has been kind of that way. Landon is graduating 8th grade and I am so excited but a little sad he is growing up so fast. Taylor will graduate 3rd grade and he is not a little boy. He's more like a mini man. They still  play ball in the house and ride scooters and look at shoes and watch tv, The house is full of balls and cars and trains and soccer a gear. We can usually hear some music and someone bouncing basketball in the house somewhere. Landon has started working out every night. Blake still wtesles with Landon and chases Taylor around. The House is still a mess most of the time and I have to get on them to do their chores and piano. But its a fun house with lots of memories that I cherish I hope they appreciate the work and effort we have put in or at least I have.Phil has had to work long hours and has missed many things but he does spend time with the boys and they go to the church to play ball quite often.
We wathed a little boy names Connor this last week and he was 5. lake had a play mate everyday and was so excited about that. Maybe we should have had another boy for him to play with. It has been raining and snowing the last 3 days. April showers bring May flowers.I'm glad in a way because we don't have AC and the summers can be really brutal here at the house. We can go to Grandmas but we still have so much to do in our own house.
Today we went to the Pinewood Derby. Taylor came in almost last place. Grandpa helped him build the car but it was kind of thrown together and at the last minute I went and bought a new set of wheels. Anyway Grandpa said he couldn't even stay and watch LOL and they are going to work on the car for next year soon so it is all ready to go.

little hugs

Blake gives me the best hugs.He jumps on the bed and then into my arms. He is crazy and loud and big. Everything is big with him.He likes to do everything big. I love him. He wakes up and asked for piza or breakfast. He is so funny. We were at church yesterday and this guy behind us said. wow your litle guy is so funny, I love to watch him. Well Blake is in and out every Sunday. Maybe we should sit somewhere else sometimes to shake it up. We always sit on the front row on the side by the door, but maybe  we should change.
Anyway its so funny!!!!!
Taylor has had a hard week. He is trying to find himself I think. I need to help him and Landon needs to be suportive of him. Sometimes they fight for noreason at all. Really its pretty lame.

quitea day

Here was my weekend I wanted to share
Friday- take kids to school. Clean house, go to walmart, race hom.Getbalake in the bath. While he is in the both a lady comes to the door an. I totally forgot I was suppossed to teach a lesson to her. The house was a wreck!!!!!!!! Blake gets out of the bath crying. He watches a movie while I teach her. I look up and its time to go to the school so I pick Blake up throw a diaper on him and stick him in the car. The lady looked horrified. I don't even have her phone number. Maybe she wont come back. Anyway I pick blake up and race to the church because I was suppossed to teach a lesson to Sean and the Murray kids.
Blake does a doo doo and takes his pamper off andis running around the church naked. I send Landon home to get blake some clothes and bring them back. Thankfullly he omes back before any parents walk in the door.
Im not sure teaching is going to be working out all the time it is so stressful sometimes. I was exhausted. I went to bed at 8 pm that night.
Saturday we woke up and everyoneleft accept me and Blake. the toilet over flowed and suddenly the ceiling in the basement was dropping water from 5 different places. I clalled some one for hep and we spent 20 minutes looking to turn the water off. By that time therewas water everywhere. Sewer water flodded the floor gross.
So we took everything ou t of the basement. I needto go threw it.TOday they ripped out the beautiful wood flooring and we will see what happens. i guess you could sy I am in shock a little bit. I am not sure what tomorrow will bring. We need a house that doesnt ruin out stuff,

Time passes so quickly and yet so slowly at times. i love picture i have always lovedpictures.Im not a good photographer but I still love pictures. I need to ake photos pfthe kids. I hope my birthday brings a new phone so i can take some pictures. I want some cute ones . I love capturing the moment. Its hard for me to move on and leave the past behind.I always want to take people with me or relationships of memories. Making them last forever. I like to remember the special moment.s i am a sap for those sort of things. Holding on to good times and good memories. Maybe because I am hiding from the pain of the past and sad things in my life. There aresome major things I want to change about myself this year. I   really need to committ and do so I can see some cahnges. Forst was read my scriptures everyday and secind was eat haelthier and lose the weight. Both are good goals and attainable. I need to be a better mother.Ive been working to much and i can tell.

What a crazy life

I hardely seem to have a minute to write. The new year came and went. The boys have started basketball season . Landon is playing both high school and Power to play. Taylor is playing rec. He got on a team with all the LDS boys in our ward which is great. Ladnon has had ablessing and is able to play up. so he is busy. Blake is growingu pfast. He did mess his pants today all up his back. He will wear underwear but still poops in the pamper. He makes us put it on.so funny! He had a couple friends over to play Star wars today. Swords and everything.
Heather came out with the cousins for a couple weeks. It was so fun. I feel bad we had so much going on but the cousins did have a fun. They got to stay the night, rollerskating and jumpin. Blake and Brennan had a blast. Blake was sad when Brennan went home to stay.
Ive been teaching piano again. Ihave to say I really love it. Im also trying to work out but I have had a virus and so sick this week.Noappetite or anything. I even went tot he doctor, but I think Im getting better.
PHil hasn't made any moeny its been a hard couple of months. I've relied totally on piano and staying home and tyring not to spend. The boys have really been good about helping out. I feel blessed to be able to teach and work with so many awesome kids. I'vetried to see them as individuals and do what they need to with their music.
Taylor went on a field trip wit h his classt  to the Fort Collins Science museum last week. Sofun. He also had a friend MArcus over to play. We had a snowday.The snow was so deep.The boys helped dig dad out inthe morning and thenI had to have Dad come over and plow our driveway that afternoon.
The snow is still deeo but we went sledding and made snowman. Blake likes doing that. CLoey our cat has been whiney lately, I need to take her in. SHe is geetting old. Such a gret cat though. We pet her every night and she is nice to have round. In a way its good she can go downstairs in the unfinished room and hag out during the day when it's too cold outside.
We have bee nin this house almost 5 year.s I love it for us. I hope we dont have to leave.The location is perfect for the kids and church. If we have to move I hopeit isn't far. Ive been stressed out wbout PHils work and everything and hopeing somethings will change. He deosn't seem that happy but I suppose ot os ajob and we had it so well at Westin last 4 years. What a ride.  I know some good things will come again, we just have to be ready for them and be happy. I've tried to really let alot of things go. Im hoping to make some big changed this year.I sitll love my church calling with the musci and the kids. They have been great.I hope I don't ahave to get released. It helps me to see them every week.It brings joy to my heart. It has helped my testimony. SOmetimes I dont feel like going and they have helped me go. So happy about that.Anyway its Friday. We are cleaning and organizing the house and waiting for the boysto come home.
